The application form itself can also be sent by e-mail or fax. 

Application packets should include the following items (all necessary forms can be found below):

• Main Application Form.
• A statement describing your academic and career objectives. Your statement is an important part of your application. It should be clear, concise, and well-crafted. Limit your statement to 750 words or less.
• Two Academic Recommendations. The letters of recommendation should be written by people best qualified to address your academic goals and capacity for graduate work. Letters should be accompanied by recommendation forms available below.
• Official (Original) transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate institutions attended, as well as a certified copy of your diploma.
• The Test of English as a Foreign Language is required of any student whose native language is not English and who have not done their undegraduate degree in English (TOEFL or IELTS, other qualification will also be considered).
• A non-refundable fee of $135 payable to Ben-Gurion University must accompany your application 
• Checks from outside the U.S. must be drawn in the country currency equivalent to $135 (Euro or other).  
• Photocopy of first page of passport.
• Social Security Number (Only for American and Canadian applicants who apply for Federal Loans).
• Three passport-sized photos.
• Photocopy of first page of Israeli ID card (for Israeli citizens only).

Deadlines:

Students can apply for either Fall or Spring entrance. We accept applications throughout the year. However, when possible we strongly recommend applicants to send their applications by August 31st (for Fall term) and October 1st (for Spring term). Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Acceptance Decisions:

Applications will be assessed once all relevant documents have been received and will be considered on a rolling basis. Notification will usually occur within one month of receipt of the complete application packet.
