Requirements

Admission to the POC program is open to applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent foreign credentials, and who show promise of superior scholarly achievement. An applicant is judged by academic record (GPA and transcript); letters of recommendation; academic or professional honors; and, when relevant, test scores and practical experience. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that all supporting documents are received, and that the application form is properly completed.
